| Today, I worked on the RV10 mostly. But the weather was so nice I decided to pull the RV-7 out of the hangar and go for a short flight. I headed across the bay to the eastern shore, then turned left and headed north up the coast. | ||||||

I came to an area I call "The Delta". The color in the Delta can be very beautiful, but it peaks earlier than the surrounding forest. Clearly, I was too late this year.

| I remember flying the Delta a long time ago in the Corben Baby Ace and I hit it at peak. Absolutely spectacular. I've never been able to see it that good again. | ||||||
